Common add-ons
A seat is one greatVibe user.
Self-serve: Seats are billed monthly. Add or remove seats as your team changes, with billing adjusted on a pro-rata basis.
Enterprise: Seats are committed for the agreed term. You can add seats at any time and we’ll co-term them to your agreement. You can reassign or remove access at any time, but reductions to your committed seat quantity take effect at renewal.
Self-serve: Your card is charged on day 15 unless you cancel before then. Your subscription then continues monthly at $199 USD per seat, plus applicable tax.
Enterprise: Enterprise terms, billing and start dates are agreed with you as part of your order.
Self-serve: Yes. Cancel during your 14-day trial and you won’t be charged. After that, you can cancel at any time and your subscription will end at the end of your current monthly billing period.

No. greatVibe does not use your work or data to train AI models. Your data remains yours.
Self-serve: No. AI usage is separate from your greatVibe subscription and is billed directly by your model provider.
